RESOLUTION 18-392
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN AMENDMKNT FOR THK PALMS THEATRES (200 NE
WESTGATE DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan Amendment for The Palms Theatres,subject to remaining staff comments on
September 11,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan Amendment for The Palms Theatres is in general conformance with
tj304 —Sire and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan Amendment for The Palms Theatres is in general conformance with
tj30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17'"day of September,2018 that the Site Plan Amendment for The Palms Theatres is
approved.
