RESOLUTION 18-370
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS LOT
56 OF PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has previously approved a final plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 4,which
included a Public Utility Easement in Book 2013 Page 21331 (the "Easement");AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a portion of the Easement as described on attached
Exhibit A is no longer needed;AND,
WHEREAS,the property owner has requested that the easement as described in attached
Exhibit A be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
17'"day of September 2018,that it hereby approves the vacation of the Public Utility Easement
across a portion of Prairie Crossing Plat 4.
