RESOLUTION 18-436
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FRIDLEY PALMS PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOIII?Y OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,FRIDLEY PROPERTIES,LLC,has requested final approval of Fridley Palms Plat 2 (the
"Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on October 9,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fridley Palms Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
15'"day of October,2018,that the Final Plat for Fridley Palms Plat 2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Sanitary Sewer Easement (Private);and
3.Storm Water Detention Easement (Private)
