RESOLUTION 18-424
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[I-80 WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT I]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHOMTYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Clive,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with 1-80 West Industrial Park Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of 1-80
West Industrial Park Plat I and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15'"day of October,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with 1-80 West Industrial Park Plat l.
