RESOLUTION 18-428
APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH LOTS 2-4 OF
INDI RUN PLAT 1 [INDI RUN LLC]
IN THE NAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a final plat has been approved for Indi Run Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire a storm sewer easement across Lots 2-4 of Indi Run Plat
l.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15th day of October 2018,that it hereby approves the storm sewer easement across Lots 2-4 of
Indi Run Plat 1 owned by Indi Run LLC.
