RESOLUTION 18-433
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LUSH DENTAL (2505 SE ENCOMPASS DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOBITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOJFA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Lush Dental,subject to remaining staff comments on October 9,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lush Dental is in general conformance with tj304 —Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lush Dental is in general conformance with tj30L27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 15'"day of October,2018 that the Site Plan for Lush Dental is approved subject to remaining
staff comments.
