RESOLUTION 18-432
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A I/THORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,10WA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ENCOMPASS HOLDINGS,has requested final approval of The Shops at Kettlestone
North Plat 5 (the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on October 9,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 5 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
15'"day of October,2018,that the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 5 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved subject to remaining staff comments by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Water Main Easement;
3.Storm Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;and
5.Ingress/Egress Easement (Private)
