RESOLUTION 18-503
ACCEPTING AMENDMENT TO GAS MAIN BLANKET BID AGREEMENT
WITH INFRASOURCE CONSTRUCTION,LLC
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on April 17,2017,the Waukee City Council approved a revised blanket bid
from InfraSource Construction,LLC,related to gas main installation,steel gas pipe
replacement,large service line installation and repair (Resolution ¹17-196);AND,
WHEREAS,InfraSource Construction,LLC,has provided the City with an amendment
to the previous Gas Main Blanket Bid Agreement,extending the same pricing until
March 31,2019.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17"day of December,2018,that it hereby accepts the amendment to Gas
Main Blanket Bid Agreement with InfraSource Construction,LLC.
