RESOLUTION 18-505
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[N.LITTLE WALNUT CREEK DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT}
IN THENAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,OMG Midwest,d/b/a Des Moines Asphalt &Paving of Des Moines,IA,
has completed the public improvements associated with the N.Little Walnut Creek Drive
Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
N.Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with project plans and
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17"day of December,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the N.Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Projec .
