RESOLUTION 18-517
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 7
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,LOW A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ALICES,L.C.KNAPP PROPERTIES INC.,has requested final approval of Prairie
Crossing Plat 7 (the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on November 13,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 7 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
17"day of December,2018,that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 7 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved subject to remaining staff comments by the City Council of the City of
Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Water Main Easement;
3.Storm Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;and
5.Gas Main Easement
