RESOLUTION 18-502
APPROVING SURFACE WATER FLOWAGE AND STORM SEWER EASEMENT
[SOUTHFORK WOODS PLAT 2,LOT 22)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a Public Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement ("Easement")was
dedicated to the City as a part of the final plat of Southfork Woods Plat 2 across a portion of Lot 22;
AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined at least a portion of the Easement across Lot 22 of Southfork
Woods Plat 2 is not needed and the City Council has taken action to vacate the existing Easement
across Lot 22 of Southfork Woods Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,Joel and Amy Pearson,owners of Lot 22 of Southfork Woods Plat 2,have signed a new
easement to replace a portion of the area that has been vacated.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
17"day of December,2018,that the new Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement related
to Lot 22 of Southfork Woods Plat 2 is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
