RESOLUTION 18-504
APPROVING ADDENDUM NO.1 TO STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,WAUKKE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has determined that certain minimum standards of
construction for public improvements are needed and desirable to ensure quality control;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 6,2018,the Waukee City Council approved and adopted the 2018 City
of Waukee Standard Specifications for Public Improvements (Resolution ¹18-322);AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineer Veenstra Er,Kimm,Inc.,has provided Addendum No.I to the
Standard Specifications in order to delete Standard Drawing No.34 and substitute with Standard
Drawing No.34,Rev.l.
NOW THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED THAT:
1.Addendum No.1 of the document entitled Standard Specifications for Public
Improvements,Waukee,Iowa,is hereby adopted.
2.These Standard Specifications shall be followed and used by the City in considering,
permitting,inspecting,and otherwise dealing with the construction of public
improvements within the City.
3.These Standard Specifications may,from time to time,be amended,changed,or altered
by action of the City Council.
4.These Standard Specifications shall be used for all projects submitted after the date of
adoption of this resolution.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approve t
December,2018.
