RESOLUTION 18-506
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 1 OF
WESTGATK BUSINESS PARK PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Westgate Business Park Plat
4 on October 1,2018,and recorded said final plat with Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 1 of
Westgate Business Park Plat 4;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 17'"day of December 2018,that the local address of 955 SE Olson
Drive be amended to 975 SE Olson Drive.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of
record with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
