RESOLUTION 19-054
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION REVISIONS AND PAY GRADE
[CHILDREN'S LIBRARIAN,WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Director proposes revisions to the non-represented,Children's
Librarian job description;AND,
WHEREAS,the pay grade for the position shall be Lg;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Director and Human Resource Director recommend accepting the
revisions to the position and approving the job description and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19"'day of February,2019,that it hereby approves the job description and pay grade for
Children's Librarian,Waukee Public library.
