RESOLUTION 19-073
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF WAUKEE FY19,FYZO 4 FY21 AUDIT SERVICES
IN THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to have an annual audit prepared by an
outside entity;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to solicit proposals for the City of Waukee audit
services for FY19,FY20 and FY21.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4"day of March,2019,that it hereby approves and authorizes City staff to
send requests for proposals for the City of Waukee FY19,FY20 21 Audit
Services.
