RESOLUTION 19-070
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2020-2024
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2020 through 2024;AND,
WHEREAS,Code of Iowa 11384.15(3)requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 4,2019,the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
March 4,2019,at 5:30 p.m.to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2020 through 2024,and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law;AND,
WHEREAS,members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2020 through 2024 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4"day of March,2019,that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2020 through 2024 is hereb prov d adopted.
