RESOLUTION 19-084
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR HY-VEE AISLES ONLINE GROCERY PICK-UP
(1023 E.HICKMAN ROAD)
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 5'AUKEE,I08'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Aisles Online Grocery Pick-up,subject to remaining staff comments on
February 26,2019;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Aisles Online Grocery Pick-up is in general conformance
with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Aisles Online Grocery Pick-up is in general conformance
with $301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4"'day of March,2019 that the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Aisles Online Grocery Pick-up is
approved.
