RESOLUTION 19-082
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STRATFORD CROSSING TOWNHOMES PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ELEMENT 119,has requested final approval of Stratford Crossing Townhomes Plat 1
(the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on February 26,2019,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Stratford Crossing Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
4'"day of March,2019,that the Final Plat for Stratford Crossing Townhomes Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Overland Flowage Easement;
2.Storm Water Detention Easement (Private);
3.Ingress/Egress Easement,and;
4.Public Utility Easement.
