RESOLUTION IS-455
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 2 OF
ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT 2
1N THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Ashworth South Plat 2 on
September 5,2017,and recorded said final plat with the Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 2 of
Ashworth South Plat 2;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 5'"day of November 2018,that the local address of 1150 SE
Kettlestone Boulevard be amended to 1155 SE Kettlestone Boulevard.A co y of this
resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office of Dallas Co t,Iowa.
