RESOLUTION 18-454
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 1 OF WAUKEE
MARKET PLACE PLAT 2
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Waukee Market Place Plat 2
on August 20,2018,and recorded said final plat with the Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot I of
Waukee Market Place Plat 2;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 5'"day of November 2018,that the local address of 1010 E.Hickman
Road be amended to 1090 E.Hickman Road.A copy of this resolution sha be filed of
record with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
