RESOLUTION 19-033
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
SPRING CREST PLAT 6
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Spring Crest Plat 6;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21"day of January,2019 that the Construction Drawings for Spring Crest Plat 6 be approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
