RESOLUTION 19-090
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF WAUKEE BANKING SERVICES
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to do business with a reputable financial
institution who can meet all the requirements set forth in Iowa Code Chapter 12C;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to solicit proposals for the City of Waukee
Banking Services for a three year period,with a possible three year extension.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18 day of March,2019,that it hereby approves horizes City staff to
send requests for proposals for the City of Waukee B g Se ces.
