RESOLUTION 19-099
APPROVING THE LANDING AT KETTLESTONK PRELIMINARY PLAT
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF O'AUI EE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for The Landing at Kettlestone on March 12,2019,subject to
remaining staff comments;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for The Landing at Kettlestone is in general conformance with
section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 18'"day of March,2019 that the Preliminary Plat for The Landing at lestone be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
