RESOLUTION 19-098
APPROVING THE REVISED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 4
INTHENAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,revised construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing
Plat 4;AND,
WHEREAS,the revised construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tt303 -Land Subdivision
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 18'"day of March,2019 that the Revised Construction Drawings for d Crossing Plat
4 be approved.
