RESOLUTION 19-172
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE (575 E.
HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Firestone Complete Auto Care,subject to remaining staff comments on April
23,2019;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Firestone Complete Auto Care is in general conformance with
I'1304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Firestone Complete Auto Care is in general conformance with
I'1301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6'"day of May,2019 that the Site Plan for Firestone Complete Auto Care is approved.
