RESOLUTION 19-162
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE RESERVE AT DAYBREAK PLAT 3
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THECITYOF WAUKEE,IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction drawings have been submitted to the City for The Reserve at
Daybreak Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6"day of May,2019 that the Construction Drawings for The Reserve reak Plat 3 be
approved.
