RESOLUTION 19-173
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR LOT 3,WAUKEE VISTA COMMERCIAL PARK
(120 W.HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Lot 3,Waukee Vista Commercial Park,subject to remaining staff comments on
April 23,2019;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lot 3,Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general conformance
with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lot 3,Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general conformance
with tj30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6"day of May,2019 that the Site Plan for Lot 3,Waukee Vista rcial Park is
approved.
