RESOLUTION 19-104
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2019 FKE SCHEDULE (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the budget review and adoption process,a Fee Schedule for
services provided by the City of Waukee was approved by the Waukee City Council on
March 4,2019 (Resolution ¹19-071);AND,
WHEREAS,upon further review,City staff recommends amending the Utility Billing,
Water Reconnection Fee,to $25.00.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1"day of April,2019,that the City of Waukee 2019 Fee Schedule
(Revised)is hereby approved and shall be in immediate effect unless otherwise noted in
the schedule.
