RESOLUTION 19-117
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR HURD KKTTLESTONE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOS'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,HURD KETTLESTONE,has requested final approval of Hurd Kettlestone (the "Plat");
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on March 26,2019,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Hurd Kettlestone and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this1"day of April,2019,that the Final Plat for Hurd Kettlestone be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Public Gas Main Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Storm Water Management Facility &Permanent Easement Agreement;
5.Storm Sewer Easement (Private);
6.Sanitary Sewer Easement (Private);
7.Water Main Easement (Private);and
8.Drainage Easement (Private)
