RESOLUTION 19-109
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY CONCERNING THK
NORTH LITTLE WALNUT CREEK STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,an additional property owner submitted a petition,contract and waiver
necessitating the amendment of the Resolution of Necessity (17-336)passed July 24,2017 in
accordance with Iowa Code Chapters 384.41 and 384.51;and
WHEREAS,the additional property is being added with the consent of the affected
property owner.
NOW,THEREFORE,it is resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that
the Resolution of Necessity (17-336)passed July 24,2017 in amended to add the following
property to the boundaries that are specially benefitted by this improvement and should be
specially assessed:
629 N Little Walnut Creek Dr Waukee,IA 50263
This amendment is being undertaken with the consent of the affected property owner as provided
in Iowa Code section 384.51.The remaining provisions of Resolution of Necessity (17-336)passed
July 24,2017 are not impacted or changed by virtue of this amendment.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the I"day of April,
2019.
