RESOLUTION 19-108
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CORRECTED PLAT AND SCHEDULE
CONCERNING THE LITTLE WALNUT CREEK STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,adopted the Plat and Schedule for
the Little Walnut Creek Street Improvement Project (the "Project")on July 10,2017,resolution
number 17-334;and
WHEREAS,the plat and schedule contained a scrivener's error and should be corrected.
NOW,THEREFORE,it is resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa:
I)The corrected plat,schedule and the valuations as shown thereon and estimate of cost
are hereby ratified and approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the I"day of April,
2019.
