RESOLUTION 19-145
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLAT AND SCHEDULE OF
ASSESSMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF VIA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Engineer is hereby instructed to prepare a
final plat and schedule showing the separate lots or parcels of ground subject to assessment for the
cost of the Waukee,Iowa,North Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Project,together with
the names of the owners thereof,so far as practicable,and the amount assessable by law against
each lot or parcel of ground so assessable,and against any railway or street railway legally

preliminary plat and schedule for the improvement,and filed in the office of the Clerk.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the 15'"day of April,
2019.
