RESOLUTION 19-130
APPROVING CITY OF WAUKKE NATURAL GAS SYSTEM EMERGENCY
RESPONSE PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UI EE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee owns and operates its own natural gas utility system;AND,
WHEREAS,it is important to establish a Natural Gas System Emergency Response Plan for
preventing accidents and responding quickly and effectively should accidents occur or should
emergency conditions exist.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
City of Waukee Natural Gas System Emergency Response Plan is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 15'"day of April,
2019.
