RESOLUTION 19-186
APPROVING PUBLIC OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT IN CLAYTON
ESTATES PLAT 2 [BENNKTT BAY INVESTMENTS,LLC]
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 20,2018,the Waukee City Council approved a final plat for Clayton
Estates Plat 2 (Resolution III 8-342);AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire an overland flowage easement across several lots within
Clayton Estates Plat 2.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20th day of May 2019,that it hereby approves the public overland flowage e ent in Clayton
Estates Plat 2.
