APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR GRAHAM COLLISION CENTER
(355 SE ALICE'S ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Graham Collision Center,subject to remaining staff comments on May 14,
2019;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Graham Collision Center is in general conformance with I't304-
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Graham Collision Center is in general conformance with
I1301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
