RESOLUTION 19-185
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [INDI RUN PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Indi Run Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Indi
Run Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20 day of May,2019,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Indi Run Plat 2.
