RESOLUTION 19-191
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR RMH SYSTEMS (1130 SE
WESTBROOKK DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Revised Site Plan for RMH Systems,subject to remaining staff comments on May 14,2019;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Revised Site Plan for RMH Systems is in general conformance with I'1304—
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Revised Site Plan for RMH Systems is in general conformance with
I130L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
'aukee,Iowa on
this 20 day of May,2019 that the Revised Site Plan for stems 'pproved.
