RESOLUTION 19-218
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH EDGE COMPANIES
[WAUKEE VFW HALL NORTH WALL REPAIR]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,certain repairs are necessary on the north exterior wall at a property owned
by the City of Waukee and addressed as 410 6'"Street,also known as the Waukee VFW
Hall;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommend approval of a contract with Edge Companies of
Grimes,IA,in the amount of $7,586.00 to address the repairs.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3'day of June,2018,that it hereby approves the Contract with Edge
Companies [Waukee VFW Hall North Wall Repair].
