RESOLUTION 19-202
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF STREET LIGHT POLES
[SE KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLATS 3,4 AND 5]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF VIA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,to expedite the delivery and installation of street lights required in
Kettlestone Ridge Plats 3,4 and 5,City staff recommends the purchase of poles from
Renda Electric of Grimes,IA,in the amount of $46,420.00;AND,
WHEREAS,Renda Electric has excess poles that they have offered for purchase by the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3'"day of June,2019,that it hereby approves the purchase of street light
poles from Renda Electric of Grimes,IA,in the amount of $46,420.00 for installation in
Kettlestone Ridge Plats 3,4 and 5.
