RESOLUTION 19-219
APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE WEST METRO REGIONAL
WATER STRATEGY
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation,
AND;
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee (the "City")wishes to participate in the West Metro Regional
Water Strategy,which includes the compilation of an inventory of existing water supply,
treatment,distribution and storage assets;identification of existing and future water demands;
various water supply strategies;and financial feasibility.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKKK,IOWA:
That the City approves participation in the West Metro Regional Water Strategy at
a cost of $20,349.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 3'day of June,2019.
