RESOLUTION 19-235
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE COMMONS AT GREENWAY PARK PLAT 1
IN THENAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction drawings have been submitted to the City for The Commons at
Greenway Park Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section I'1303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17~day of June,2019 that the Construction Drawings for The Commons at Greenway Park
Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
