RESOLUTION 13-150
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SE SAGEWOOD CIRCLE FROM
SE WACO PLACE TO SE LAUREL STREET ON SATURDAY,AUGUST 3,2013,BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF 5:00 P.M.AND 10:00 P.M.FOR THE PURPOSE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD
BLOCK PARTY [BRIAN KELTING]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Brian Kelting of 545 SE Sagewood Circle requests the temporary closing of SE
Sagewood Circle from SE Waco Place to SE Laurel Street on Saturday,August 3,2013,between the
hours of 5:00 p.m.and 10:00 p.m.for the purpose of a neighborhood block party;AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to §364.12(2)(a),public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 17'h
day of June,2013,that it hereby approves the temporary closing of SE Sagewood Circle from SE
Waco Place to SE Laurel Street on Saturday,August 3,2013,between the hours of5:00 p.m.and
10:00 p.m.for the purpose of a neighborhood block party.
