RESOLUTION 13-170
APPROVING PETITION,CONTRACT AND WAIVER WITH DILIGENT BSP
HOLDINGS,LLC RELATED TO SE L.A.GRANT PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,in conjunction with the Waukee Community School District and Diligent BSP
Holdings,LLC,the City will be making improvements to SE LA Grant Parkway;
AND,
WIIEREAS,Diligent BSP Holdings,LLC desires that the improvements be constructed to
benefit their property and that special assessment be levied against their property for the roadway
improvements associated with SE LA Grant Parkway -Phase 2.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 1st day of July,2013 that the Petition,Contract and Waiver with Diligent BSP Holdings,
LLC is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.lietti£
