RESOLUTION 13-172
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,JERRY'S HOMES,INC.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Parkview Crossing Plat 10 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconnnended approval of
the Plat on June 11,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 10 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tins 151 day of July 2013 that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat lObe and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to fmal review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lot A;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Storm Sewer,Storm Water Detention and Overland Flowage Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement Agreement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Park view Crossing Plat 10,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas COlUItyRecorder.
