RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,on the 19th day of March,2012,the Mayor and Clerk of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,entered into a construction contract with Iowa Signal,Inc.,of Grimes,lA,
for the construction of certain public improvements generally described as the Fiber
Optic Network Project;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public
improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions ofthe contract and plans and
specifications,as shown by the certificate of the Engineer filed with the Clerk on June 25,
2013:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the report of the Engineer be and the same is hereby approved and
adopted,and tbe public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having been
fully completed in accordance with the plans,specifications and form of contract as
shown in the report of the Engineer.
