RESOLUTION 13-183
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AJNl),
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC.(the "Developer")has requested
final approval of GIYJillVillage Plat 7 (the "Plat");AJNl)
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 9,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for GIYJlllVillage Plat 7 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of July 2013 that the Final Plat for GIYJillVillage Plat 7 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval ofthe legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Glynn Village Plat 7,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.~,~
