RESOLUTION 13-179
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 10]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,lA,has completed the public improvements associated with
Parkview Crossing Plat 10;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part ofParkview
Crossing Plat 10 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this proj ect are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 15th
day of July,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Parkview Crossing Plat 10.
