APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SE CRABAPPLE COURT FROM SE
PEACHTREE DRIVE SOUTH TO THE TERMINATION OF SE CRABAPPLE COURT
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 P.M.ON SATURDAY,JULY 27,2013,AND 12:00 A.M.ON
SUNDAY,JULY 28,2013,FOR THE PURPOSE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY

IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Tegan Turcotte of 2140 SE Crabapple Ct.requests the temporary closing of SE
Crabapple Court from SE Peachtree Drive south to the termination of SE Crabapple Court between the
hours of 2:00 p.m.on Saturday,July 27,2013,and 12:00 a.m.on Sunday,July 28,2013,for the
purpose of a neighborhood block party;AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to §364.12(2)(a),public ways and grounds maybe temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 15th
day of July,2013,that it hereby approves the temporary closing of SE Crabapple Court from SE
Peachtree Drive south to the termination of SE Crabapple Court between the hours of2:00 p.m.011
Saturday,July 27,2013,and 12:00 a.m.on Sunday,July 28,2013,for the purpose of a neighborhood
block party,
