RESOLUTION 13-185
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WILLIAMS POINTE TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Winhall at Williams Pointe Townhomes,LLC (the "Developer")has requested
final approval of Williams Pointe Townhomes Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 9,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat fOTWilliams Pointe Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating
thereto comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of July 2013 that the Final Plat fOTWilliams Pointe Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subj ect to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Williams Pointe Townhomes Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,
with the Dallas County Recorder.
