RESOLUTION 13-206
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E)and Hubbell Realty
Company.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Glynn Village Plat 6 (the "Plat");
AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on Jnly 23,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 6 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 5th day of August,2013 that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 6 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to fmal review
and approval ofthe legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lot A;
2.Public Purpose Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Surface Water Flowage Easement;
6.Temporary Turnaround and Utility Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
fmal plat of Glynn Village Plat 6,as well as any other documents related '»ith the Dallas
County Recorder.
